Each item manufactured by Advance Fittings Corp. is warranted to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for one year from date of shipment. The warranty is valid only if the product has been installed using customary, recognized piping practice procedures and has not been subjected to severe service such as extremely corrosive or abrasive conditions.

Maximum liability for claims, losses, or damage shall be either the repair or replacement of defective items without charge at the option of Advanced Fittings Corp. in no event shall Advance Fittings Corp. be liable for consequential, indirect, incidental or contingent damages.

Advance Fittings Corp. makes no other warranties, expressed or implied, of merchantability or fitness.
