We began fabricating components for the BioPharmaceutical Industry before there was a BPE-Standard; in fact, we have been manufacturing Custom Fabricated Components since we opened our doors.

As a successful Custom Fabricator, our Engineering Department is always seeking new and innovative ways to  reduce costs and maintain quality. Engineering reviews each RFQ, approves customer requirements, provides CAD drawings and makes suggestions to improve the component’s performance or reduce cost whenever possible. We work primarily with 300 series stainless steel. Our size range starts at ¼” and have fabricated as large as 14” OD and we can go larger if requested. Other capabilities include CNC machining, welding, extruding or pulling outlets to 6”. Our mechanical polishing and electropolishing departments offer finishes from 4Ra min to 30Ra max. Prior to shipping, all items are subject to a 100% final vigorous inspection; that’s Quality Assurance and it’s not SPECIAL, it’s the norm.
